Thinking about working with children and their families who
are from diversity background, I hope I could build an intimate and trustworthy
and loving relationship with children and their families. Children and their families
would love to discuss with me any question they have that regard children’s
development. I hope my work would lead children and their families feel the
classroom is an alternative to their own home. In this classroom, children
would love to explore and learn and develop freely and safely regardless their
diversity background. Children would interact each other as brothers and
sisters.
As a growing professional in the field of early childhood
education, my goal is that keep growing in the knowledge of the field so that I
could support children and their family. I could educate children that there is
only one human race formed from colorful skin, eyes, and hair just like the
light formed from red, yellow, and blue. One human race can represent diversity
people just like the light can represent the millions of colors ray. I believe
that children would experience the Anti-bias and Culture Responsible Education
as the best way for them to sense of what they are. Children could sense one
human race in form of diveristy people lives peacefully on the beautiful earth.
As the Diversity and Culture course close to the end, I
would like to take this opportunity to thank instructor and all colleagues for
sharing the insights learned in the course and experiences had in the past.
These insights and experiences increased my understanding of all concepts
involved the issues and ideas in the course. Thank you very much.
Thank you for the rainbow of color it is truly another way to inspire the reader to look at what is in the context. I have enjoyed reading all you ideals, inspiration, thoughts and response about early childhood education. ReplyDeleteI really appreciate the effort and thought you have put into your post this course. I have learned so much from you and some about your culture due to your post. I have really enjoyed reading your thoughts and understanding of information as you and I come from different cultural backgrounds and perspectives. This class as put into perspective the importance of self reflection and continuous growth. Best of luck to you on your journey!
