Bias and prejudges are the filters that block people from seeing things truly. Children and families involved bias/prejudge can not identify themselves positively and struggle of being who they are. I hope children and their families could feel free, develop, and live the way of who they are.

For the early childhood field related to the issue of diversity, equity, and social justice, one goal I would like to set is to open mind and prepare toward the diversity world. I would like to see all children are treat equal valued and respected regardless of their diversity background. All children in my care would feel they are equaled important and precious so that they would celebrate of being a person who they are.
The course is almost in the final week. I have enjoyed reading and discussing with colleagues in the invisible world. I did not meet any of colleagues in person, but I felt each of you and touched by your thought and mind. Thanks to my colleagues for sharing the insights. Thank you for sharing your personal life experiences, thank you for helping and supporting my learning....

Sara! We did it! I am so proud of us. Congratulations and thank you for your thoughtful work here in our invisible world. You are a positive person here in our Walden community and I can only imagine how warm and thoughtful you must be in person. Best wishes to you, friend.
